Winter

I must have been hibernating this winter because it is almost the end of February and as you noticed I just posted my Happy New Years! (January blog) and Ground Hog Day (February blog).

I would have just deleted my drafts but decided better late than never.
Isn't Winter beautiful!

Over the holiday weekends (Martin Luther King - Civil Rights's Day & President's Day

the families came over to celebrate Jan and Feb. birthdays,

stayed up until 2-3 am playing games


and grand kids slept over.
We've also been busy serving at the Family History Center twice a week and one day at the Bountiful Temple. We have finally completed our British Isles Journeyman training program and will hopefully be better prepared to help patrons searching for their ancestors.

We've also helped create a Journeyman manual for Australia and we are helping with indexing Jewish and Irish records.

Attending grandkids school activities is always a treat.

We go for walks around the neighborhood at least 3-4 times a week unless it is pouring rain, blowing a blizzard, or we have something special to go do with our grandchildren. We bundle up in our coats, hats, and scarves and enjoy each other's company and exercise. Maybe we'll get someone to take a picture of us and add it to this blog.
